Standards and Requirements
We require all our employees to meet the following standards:
-Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
-Must have a valid Texas Driver License or valid Texas Identification Card.
- All applicants must successfully pass a background investigation and pre-employment drug screening.
-Must have a valid Level II or Level III Security License issued by Texas Department of Public Safety or Must be eligible to attend training courses that are required to obtain these licenses.
-Must have reliable transportation.
-Must have a smartphone with internet access.
-Must be able to write reports using correct grammar to complete Daily Activity Reports.
-Applicants must be in good physical shape and able to walk and/or stand for long periods of time. This includes bending, kneeling and possibly sitting for extended times during each shift.
-Must be available to work nights and weekends.
-Always be on time.
-Have the ability to work well with others.
-Have good interpersonal skills and must display both verbal and written communication skills.
