A service tax is an additional fee to the cost of a product or service. Customers are informed about this charge upfront, usually on menus or invoices, which allows for transparency in pricing.

Additionally, all new/first time clients will be required to schedule a time for a site consultation and operating procedure creation. A one-time consultation fee will be applied for all new clients. A four-hour (4) minimum is required for any onsite hours needing scheduled.
